One API for UAE & KSA e-invoicing compliance.
Connect your ERP once. Issue ZATCA-cleared invoices in Saudi Arabia and PEPPOL-routed PINT AE invoices in the UAE — without building two compliance stacks.

ERP data mapping
Map your SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Zoho or NetSuite fields to the canonical invalora invoice, then out to PINT AE (UAE) or UBL 2.1 + ZATCA extensions (KSA). AI-assisted mapping attacks the 30–40% clean-data cost head-on.

Everything the mandate requires — in one API
Everything the UAE and KSA mandates require, abstracted into one compliance API.

Validation & remediation
Pre-submission checks against the PINT AE and ZATCA rulesets catch errors before they reach the regulator — with human-readable guidance on exactly what to fix.

BENEFITS
Why teams choose invalora
Stop running two vendors, two integrations, and manual field mapping. One invalora API covers both mandates, absorbs every spec change, and keeps you penalty-safe.
One rail, not two stacks
Without invalora you maintain two parallel compliance stacks and carry penalty exposure (SAR 5k–50k in KSA, AED 5k–10k+ in the UAE). With invalora, it is one rail.
One integration, two mandates
Connect your ERP once and issue ZATCA-cleared invoices in KSA and PEPPOL-routed PINT AE invoices in the UAE. One API and one console cover both mandates - no parallel compliance stacks to build or maintain.
Decoupled from regulatory change
Mandates are mid-rollout and thresholds keep falling. When PINT AE specs or ZATCA waves change, we ship the update - your ERP stays untouched, so you never re-integrate.
Faster go-live
Pre-built connectors for SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite and Odoo get you live in 2-6 weeks, with AI-assisted mapping that compresses the 30-40% of project time normally lost to dirty master data.
Multi-entity / VAT-group
Run every group company from one platform, each with its own PEPPOL ID, endpoint and field mapping — multi-entity and VAT-group structures handled without a separate integration per entity.
Real-time clearance & MLS
Every invoice returns a normalized status in real time — synchronous ZATCA clearance in KSA and PEPPOL Message Level Status in the UAE, so you always know where each document stands.
One API, Both Mandates

Khalid Al Mansoori
Group CFO, multi-entity holding
"
invalora gave us one integration for both ZATCA and the UAE mandate. Our finance team stopped maintaining two compliance stacks overnight, and we cleared our first cross-border invoices without a single rejection.

Layla Haddad
Head of Tax, regional retailer
"
Before invalora we ran separate tools for KSA clearance and UAE PEPPOL routing. Now every invoice across both mandates is in one console, and I can see clearance and Message Level Status at a glance."

Omar Al Najjar
CTO, ERP/ISV vendor
"
We embedded invalora once via the API and now resell GCC compliance to clients in both the UAE and KSA. No regulatory team, no per-wave rework — invalora absorbs the spec changes for us."

Fatima Al Suwaidi
Finance Director, free-zone SME
"
As a free-zone SME we were in scope regardless of VAT status. invalora's portal and connectors got us integration-ready well before the 2026 pilot, with no in-house tax or IT expertise needed.

Yousef Rahman
VP Engineering, fintech
"
Mapping our ERP fields to PINT AE and UBL used to be the hard part. invalora's data-mapping toolkit handled the messy 30–40% clean-data work, and now invoices just clear.

Frequently Asked Questions
E-invoicing questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about UAE and KSA e-invoicing, ASPs, data residency, and getting compliant.
Do I need an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) in the UAE?
Yes. UAE businesses cannot submit directly to the FTA, so an Accredited Service Provider is structurally required to route your invoices over the PEPPOL 5-corner network. invalora is built ASP-ready, so you connect once and we handle FTA-facing submission for you.
How is KSA (ZATCA) different from the UAE (FTA)?
KSA uses centralised clearance: ZATCA validates and cryptographically stamps every B2B invoice before it reaches the buyer, in UBL 2.1 with ZATCA extensions. The UAE uses a decentralised PEPPOL 5-corner model with PINT AE, where an accredited provider routes the invoice and the FTA receives a copy. invalora normalises both behind one API.
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
We offer pre-built connectors for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and Odoo, plus a direct REST/JSON API and middleware mode for legacy or multi-system setups. Connector-based go-live typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, and our data-mapping toolkit translates your ERP fields to PINT AE or UBL 2.1.
Is my invoice data stored in the UAE?
Yes. We provide a compliant electronic archive with UAE data residency, retaining records to mandate across 5, 7, 10, and 15-year tiers depending on record type. Storage is tamper-evident and audit-ready, with export on demand.
What happens when the spec or wave changes?
We absorb it. Our middleware layer decouples your ERP from regulatory churn, so when ZATCA waves roll out or the FTA updates PINT AE, we ship the changes and you redeploy nothing. You stay compliant without re-integrating.
How long does go-live take, and what are the deadlines?
Pre-built ERP connectors deliver go-live in 2 to 6 weeks. The timing matters: the UAE pilot starts July 2026 and large taxpayers go live January 2027, so connecting now leaves room to map your data, test, and be ready before the mandate applies to you.
Is the platform secure?
Security is the foundation of accreditation. We operate to ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, with PKI certificate management, encryption in transit and at rest, MFA, and role-based access. The same standards underpin our path to FTA ASP accreditation and ZATCA-onboarded status.
